Jeff Vanderstelt planted Soma Communities, in Tacoma, WA a few years back.  He and Soma have been hugely influential in my understanding of practical missional ecclesiology (church life and structure).  Jeff does not blog a lot, but what he does share on his blog is usually big and very helpful.
